In producing Heirloom's Rubber Stamp and Paper Arts Festivals, our goal is to offer events that will delight the crafting public with a broad array of
exceptional exhibitors, as well as offering our exhibitors a good financial return on their sizable investment of time, money and effort.

Occasionally, circumstances arise that make it impossible to produce a festival that will meet the high standards of our customers, exhibitors,
and of Heirloom Productions, and we are faced with the unpleasant task of canceling a show.

Since we reserved the January 16 & 17 dates for our 2010 Riverside, CA show, The Craft and Hobby Association (CHA) has scheduled a retail supershow
the weekend immediately following, and the Orange County Scrapbook Expo has exchanged their usual February dates for the same weekend as our show.

The effect of 2 other major shows in the same market area at that time, divides the pool of available exhibitors, and we are significantly short
the number needed to produce the type of quality show that Heirloom is committed to.

The Riverside Convention Center has no other workable dates available, and after much deliberation we have made the difficult choice to cancel
this year's Riverside Festival.

We deeply regret disappointing our faithful friends and patrons in the area, and look forward to seeing you
and enjoying wonderful shows together in future years.

Thanks very much for your understanding.
