Beginner Copic Class

In this beginner Copic class, you will learn how to achieve the perfect blend, effortlessly!
We will talk about what ink pads to use, how to choose colors, and what colors work best together.
You will receive five markers, and make one finished card. 

Supplies student needs to bring: Craft mat or other surface to work on. 

Cost for class: $45.00

CreateYour Own Backgrounds

With Jessica Griffin of www.canyoupixelthis.com

Have you ever wanted to work with mists, but felt they were too messy?
In this class I'll show you how to use Lindy's Stamp Gang embossing powders
and Starburst Stains to create beautiful backgrounds. We'll make perfect color coordinating
embellishments to finish off your cards! And best of all, no mess!!  You will get to work
 with a variety of colors, and background stamps to make two cards that satisfy your style!

Supplies student needs to bring: Craft mat or other surface to work on, wet and dry adhesive,
versa mark, acrylic block, and a heat gun.  Only one heat gun will be provided for class.


Cost for class: $25.00

Butterfly Surprise

With Linda Hanson of After Midnight Art Stamps

This class is a great crafter's learning experience. You will take pieces of book board, some beautiful cardstock,
a few After Midnight Art Stamps, Midnight Starz Glass Glitter, OPALS embossing enamels, Copic Markers,
 gorgeous hardware, twisted wire, acrylic paints, buttons, beads and waxed linen thread and create this
stunning piece of art. You don't start with the box, you actually create the box and then create and add all the
embellishments and much, much more. It can be a jewelry box, photo album, a place for handmade cards,
an extraordinary gift box. I use mine to house samples of our Pendants Make and Take.

And the surprise? Wait till you see what's inside. But you'll have to come to the Heirloom Grapevine
Rubber Stamp & Paper Arts Festival to find out.

Supplies student needs to bring: 3 colors of your favorite acrylic paints that coordinate well with each other.
I'll bring some for use in class but it's better if you bring colors you prefer. On the sample, I've used blue, moss green
 and lavender. I painted the exterior of the box with the blue. You can't see the green and lavender
because they're part of the "surprise." Everything else will be provided.
You might want to bring an apron or old shirt to use as a coverup.

Cost: $35.00
